Adding Merchent Account to 04' Account

I have a 04' eBay Account.

I want to process Credit Cards along with PayPal.
How can I add my Merchent Account?

I am not using Auction or anything, just eBay + PayPal. No 3rd party carts or anything. Some buyers do not like them, so I want to stay away from them at the moment.
