No response after 2500 limit

I've had a few accounts that surpassed the 2500 limit. I sent docs for these, all were OK except one. It has been 3 weeks and there has been no response.

Is this considered a non-pass? Or should I message them somehow? Or keep waiting?

Contact PayPal via live chat or phone. If you don’t, there’s a good chance that nothing will change.

Dont contact them unless imperative.

They don't always respond but you'll find your account is back up and running and not requesting docs anymore.

If you're account isn't up and running as normal, try the Chat first.

Hey, thanks guys, I sent them a message in Live Chat and got a response 3 days later saying they reviewed the docs and everything was OK. I was a bit worried that they didn't like the docs, but it seems alright. I don't know if pinging them on chat had any effect or not, but it's all good now...

What doc's did you send in

Send a polite email and it should get dealt with within 24 hours

no.

After 1800 EUR they ask for verification but your account still works normally.

After 2500 EUR it stops working, and you can only refund.

Contact PayPal via live chat..... So as to be sure on the next step to take rather than waiting for an unspecified period.. Who knows? Could be till "thy kingdom come".

I'm not sure what you mean? It happens as quickly as you receive the 2500. Everybody has this limit from day 1. Whenever you have received a total of 2500, you have to verify your account.
