Is there a way to use OLD paypal account with NEW ebay account?
Assuming the OLD paypal account was never suspended?
As long as you dont link your paypal account and have ebay fees charged to a VCC?

I had the same question, some say it's ok some say it isnt, some say it works for a bit but not forever. I just thought I may as well go the whole hog and keep completely separate
