Can Amazon see your Electric Signature on the Tax Interview

My current account is a stealth account. My account under my real name is banned. I established an LLC and went to update my tax information. At the end of the interview It asked for my Electronic Signature. Does Amazon see the Electric Signature so they could match the name with my previous account? If so what do I put there?
