Creating New Amazon Account on old computer (Mac Address question)

Hi,

I'm having conflict information. I want to create a new stealth account. I have all the things needed, such as IP, address, credit cards, bank...
However, what troubles me is the MAC address.

Just to confirm cause the ghost guide said Amz use Mac address to track you. Then so many people said that they don't.
So these are my questions:

1. Can I create a new account if I use the SAME router (different internet connection, of course)?
2. Can I used an old computer (Formated)?
3. What about an old computer with a new windows user? (The Harddrive is Not formatted. New users only making sure that all the cookies, flash, the extension are not transfer over)
4. If I can't use an old computer (even after formatted), what do I have to change so I safely create a new account? Harddrive? CPU? Mainboard? Graphic card? Wifi adapter? (I think mac address is stored on the adapter?)

1. Yes as long as the IP you are getting has not been used before, and your router doesn't reset and give you a previously used IP

2. Yes as long as its a full partition format, doesn't hurt to install a different OS/browser

3. New users doesn't work well with amazon due to fingerprint being very similar

4. You can get a new tablet/chromebook for pretty cheap $100~150
