HI everyone. I'm from Singapore and lost my eBay account today. thinking of stealth now. can i open stealth account from Singapore also? or this is a US and UK based stealth? if international then how am i going to withdraw money from us paypal as i dont have US bank account?

Hi. If your Paypal supports your country, you can create a stealth account of your country. But you have to understand basic principals of stealth and how it works. From US paypal you can withdraw only to US bank account. You can also buy bitcoin from merchants on this forum. And also you can send payments to your real paypal and then withdraw to your bank (but it's not recommended)

Technically, if the funds are in USD the pp user can add a US bank account but it has been increasingly difficult to do so for some country platforms I find
