New Governemnt ID Number to create amazon seller account?

My amazon seller account got permanently suspended after a month of being opened August 2019. Never got the account back after submitting requested info multiple times and they just stopped replying.

That account is used has my information such as passport and SSN. I recently just opened up an LLC and I have to get my real California ID per state requirements. I was wondering, if I registered a new account using new address, number, computer, WiFi, phone number and the new california ID, is that enough to cause a link? I understand that I would need to make sure my LLC is a S Corp first so that I can use the EIN instead of my SSN.

Should be fine as long as all your info is unique

Well my name and DOB wouldn’t be unique since it has to match the ID?

Don’t know. First it was document request and then they kept denying it. Sent in my passport, internet utility bill, credit card and bank statement with my name and last name matched to the T. Even all the addresses match with “Dr.” and not Drive. Never even sold anything just made the account and month later permanently banned

Name + DOB is usually not enough to link

But you can do first/middle/middle/last variation

But if you re-use anything else then its likely to cause problems

Just to be extra careful, use your other laptop to make the account and try a Residential IP.

I've had much more success with the above lately

Maybe I can try using my Middle name as first, keep last name, new address, new trac phone number, new email, new bank account and credit card, enter LLC information, and then when requested for Identification, use my new California ID that'll have a different number? I think I will purchase another laptop with Residential IP for this approach

Hi I wanted to revisit this.

I currently using my friends amazon seller account to sell on amazon and I am seeing success. She has an LLC and I have an LLC (We both are single-member entity LLCs in California).

I want to have more control of this account at some point. Is there a way to combine our LLCS on the backend? Amazon does not need to know this but I was wondering if our LLCS can become some kind of partnership where I will have more control of the business and distributing her share for profit (in writing of course).

I am a bit concerned with attempting to create a new account because my passport and identity has been used. Same with social security number. I can't use my EIN number because amazon states that single-member LLCs are recognized as sole proprietors.

Make a tax election to be an S-Corp for your LLC. Put this as your legal entity on Amazon. This worked for me.

How did you bypass entering your personal name? You have to enter this info first before entering LLC information
