Buyer files INR. Want to get your take on it thief or actually lost item.
So basically a buyer files INR. Says he never received the item. Item was sent out by Fedex and the declare value was declared. He files INR right next day after delivery. FedEx also had a glitch in system so basically when you pull up the tracking both tracking numbers say delivered. Left with customer. I asked him to check around.
Anyways told the buyer it showed delivered and informed him Fedex is doing trace investigation and Fedex will be reaching out to you. Then sends me a message the next day asking me to refund him “bc cuz it’s been long.”
I feel this buyer is trying to get free item. What do you guys think? Imo what should I do next?
