Depositing into PP. Fastest ways?

Couldn't find similar thread, so if this is already covered sorry for duplicate.

I'd like to get a general discussion on what is the fastest and safest way to top up paypal not loosing too much money on charges for new people with limited finds and multiple accounts.
Please share your experience what you usually use and why? How you get initial funds into stealth pp?

why would you want to top up paypal?
add a vcc? send from another acc?

What if I do not want to have any trace to any of my accounts. Got many pps now but only way to top them up from my own name. If new accounts burn down would that in any way reflect to my main accounts? Thank you.

If new accounts go down following transfer from a main account, it is possible that both could be linked and have issues unfortunately.

So that was my initial idea of thread.

What would be safest and fastest ways to make deposit into new paypal accounts? Would like to have some safe options to choose from from people who already tested their ways.

And if you have question why would I need to put funds into PP, then please press back button on your internet browser and move on this is not a question for you.
