Default am i in trouble?
Hi, so today sales went as usual on ebay, and i tried to withdraw the funds from paypal as i do every few days.

However, when trying to transfer my money to my bank i was hit with this message; 'We cannot process your money at this time'.

I am not restricted so whats the issue here?
