Why ip burger always turn off

I use ip Burger always turn off and didn't log eBay as normal
When I use it for an hour, I turn off for about 40 minutes, and my efficiency is greatly reduced

IP Burger has always been ON for me. It's only inactive if I lose connection or something, and then there's still no leakage.

the ip is setup to reset every 30m you can set it to not change as well.
