MC019 ebay and their listing violations

here is my fanstastic story about this horrible ebay

i have a Moncler wintercoat that i bought here in the netherlands, this year.

and i want to sell it, so i did

after 1 hour they removed my listing and got the MC019 response
i emailed them why and you get this standard email back from ebay,
now i have emailed the persons back on the email they left:

info@promo-gest.it

but i dont think this email exists because i got after 5 days no response

then today i made the same auction but then with my own pictures

same story , listing removed.

i am selling an original, i am located in the netherlands, like it says on my ebay account

so i got another MC019, and a MC198 INI Temporary Selling Restriction

so i cant sell for 7 days jezus,

i mean is there maybe a competitor that doesnt like other people selling, i really dont understand, and i dont want to lose this account.

mean what is wrong i try to sell something, that is what ebay is for right?

o yeah and isnt it strange, whole ebay is full of ⊗⊗⊗⊗z clothes from people located in china, and they still can place auctions without limits haha

Moncler is a HIGH VERO style item.
That is one of the problems.

Try to have your own photos and relist on another account... It should be fine. You made mistake the first time around selling vero and I presume used stock photo? This is where they get you. You were blacklisted selling the brand, so even when you took your photos for the second time around, didnt work.

ow ok, so they keep an eye on me, because i messed up the first time?, but still when i used the stockphoto's how will they know if i sell an original or not.

haha check it out, i replied for the 3rd time on ebay their emails because of this issue

i had ansered them, that the emails did not exist from the people from vero.

i got an answer back in dutch (i am dutch)

it was this in english:

we made our statement clear in multiple emails, we won't go any further in this discussion, if you will write us again on this case, we will read your emails and will delete them unanswered from our system.

I got the same message today from ebay about selling a moncler coat. Since I am fairly new to ebay I have no idea what I did wrong and why this is happening.

I've been into this item and studying it lately. I see some get taken down maybe because lack of description and using stock pictures. This is a very HOT vero Item. If you were to show me exactly how you listed I would be able to pinpoint your mistake[s].

Since this is one of my first listing I took the description and photos from the wholesaler which I guess is not cool. I don't have photos of my own is there away around this. I'm assuming I need to set up a new account and sell with my own description an such. Thanks for the help

this lack of description thing on the MC019 takedowns, what do they want?

takedowns saying, way it was listed, or lack of description or photos.....thats too vague, of course I put description and photos, so they want a receipt, more photos, do they want you to put authentic in description etc...anyone?

One notices that times have changed in the MC019 days. It seems like companies are really stepping their game up and are more vicious with their violations. Even to legitimate sellers like one seller.

thats absolutly true... i use to sell ⊗⊗⊗⊗ moncler jackets last year...made good profit, but the accounts dident last long... i remember evan getting an email message saying stop selling my items... your items are ⊗⊗⊗⊗ lol....

same thing with the uggs and nike 2 years ago..very hot item to sell...now its impossible....they take it down and limit you asap...i went to more not so hot items and keeping it up as long as i can untill that is on the **** list as well...

Just take the brand name out of the listing but take a close up of the tags so they can see the brand name in the picture and you can give more details when people ask questions, I've sold about 100 vero items like that and didn't have a single 1 removed, I haven't had a single policy violation on any of my stealth accounts either.

I still think with certain companies they would remove the listing asap. Some vero members are downright tired of the games.

the lack of description and private listing MC019 takedown, is a new one for particular items, Ive noticed.....do you think making it non private and relisting would be ok, or would it result in another takedown?
