Default Problem adding Card/Bank after 180 Day Ban

My 180 day is up and i even got the email stating that I can withdraw the funds.
I do not have a bank account linked to the paypal at the time of ban.

When I try to link my real debit card, i am getting the error:

"There's problem with your account. Please go to the resolution center so we can help you resolve this quickly."

I can't contact anyone as paypal automated machine hangs up the phone when they ask for the information of the account since it is a banned account.



Any suggestions?

Have you tried sending to another Paypal account or ask for a bank check?

You cannot send funds from a limited account, only withdraw them

Cannot send it to another paypal

a bank check would go under the stealth name and address

have you had any success sending a bank check?

Just keep sending them messages through the Paypal Message Centre. You will eventually land on agent that is not an idiot.
