Paypal dont let me sent payment even after 72 hours "Sorry we can't move forward..."

On Monday I wanted to send a payment as FnF and I got the following message: Sorry we can't move forward...

After chatting with an Agent, he told me that I have to wait 72 hours and try it again.

But it does not work, still the same message above.

I tried to clear cookies and change browser, same issue...

What should I do? I think there is a shadow ban....

Problem solved...With the trick from my friend I was abled to cashout my money. It took me an hour, but I think it’s worth it

how did you solve this?

Ive never had issues with FnF payments from my stealth to my main account. But if it ever does fail, I can just buy stock that i sell on eBay using the paypal stealth
