eBay and PayPal questions. New to stealth

I don’t know how to start a thread so apologies for responding to this message.

I have some question.

1) I purchased a stealth account that already has a VCC attached to the PP. Can I load $ in this card? If not what are some of the best VCC to get and how would I be able to load $ in them?

2) I sell digital items em EB (I know highly risky that is why I’m going to need multiple accounts) I use to add shipping options but decided to change to local pickup because eBay would always close my account due to no tracking info and by adding it would offset my profits. Does putting local pickup only put my account in higher risk?

3) I have diff tablets that I use for diff accounts that have cellular service so my house IP (which has an eBay and PP linked) won’t get linked to all my other accounts. I know there are other ways to do this but was wondering if this way is also safe?

I would be very grateful if anybody could help me with answers as I am kinda new to stealth.

That would be highly unlikely.

You did not state your use case so I couldn't be more specific. Search epayservices if you need a reloadable card but don't add these to PayPal.

Selling digital items is risky by its self. You're likely to get buried in search results listing it as local pickup. If you do get buyers, scammers can get around this by opening SNAD with eBay or go straight to PayPal.
You're better off sending blank envelopes or finding another niche.

As long as you're accessing all your accounts without mixing IP addresses, you're doing it right.

Thanks a ton for the response.

VCC - I would only be using it to pay eBay’s monthly fees and taxes. I will search epaysevices. Also I usually put my own card on the account ( one that is not attached to any other eBay) in order to withdraw funds. Is this safe? If not what are my options?


Shipping - My old stealth account was working fine when I had pickup but got closed due to selling activity going way up on the 3rd month or that’s what I think. I will change it to shipping but it’s just a hassle when eBay asks for proof of delivery to tracking info.

IP - I started writing my IP’s down as stated in the Stealth Book. So I’m keeping track.

They’ve actually answered some of my main questions but not the real specific ones. I purchased the stealth guide and I couldn’t find them there so I came here
