1. IMEI
A few older phones will allow you to change IMEI directly from your dialer; for others, you have to root your device and install tools like Xposed, but I think the law frowns upon changing your IMEI.
2. Your device ID.
You can change this by rooting your phone. Or simply resetting your device.
3. Your MAC address.
You can use an app to change this temporarily. It usually resets to default when you reset your device.
4. Your Account ID
Ditch your phone account.
5. Combination of different methods.
A. Creating a hidden file on your device with some small encrypted data.
You can get rid of this by simply resetting your device.
B. Your device can generate a unique token that may be specific to eBay app and the device.
You may get rid of this by resetting your device, then spoofing your MAC and IMEI.
I suppose there are many other ways eBay can come up with.
Personally, I don't think it's worth it for one stealth account.
