Paypal just raped my account after $95

I am using 911 proxies, different browser (firefox portable), and an account of mine just got raped (permanently limited) after receiving just $95 in a matter of 2-3 days, account was like a week aged. What triggered the ban? Did I use a high fraud score IP? Did they manage to detect the multiaccount, if so, how?
USA Paypal, SSN verified.

What country is your flag from? Yugoslavia? name Vanessa gonzalez? Is that the name of the paypal account holders info? id theft is wrong my friend.

Yeah I figured they're not good for Paypal. Do you recommend IPBurger? They're advertised everywhere here, is it worth to spend $20 for a proxy just to have a paypal that can at best receive a couple thousands...

The "worth" is really an individual consideration...risk vs benefit analysis on your end.

Using other ppl's SSN as "SSN-verified Paypal" account is also not a great idea

yes, IPBurger is made specially for stealth.

$20? I'm pretty sure they have one for $10 . Even if it's $20 it's worth it.

Everyone wants cheap... and when cheap comes and rape them from behind by surprise and lose $95 then these people come back and actually listen to us.
Coulda saved $95.

I had to change my strategy when they limited my paypal in a matter of days when i received around £200 in some payments.
