Listing was removed for Counterfeit item policy, but the item isn't counterfeit

Hello, I'm trying to sell game codes on eBay but they keep removing it and saying it's "counterfeit" when it's not, and it has been legally obtained. Would switching to a new account stop them from raping me like this or is there no solution?

Selling all kinds of codes on ebay is considered as high-risk. Also, lots of other guys sell the same thing and report you every day to win the market. There is no workaround...

Game codes are against ebays policy, future accounts will go the same way.

Game codes = banned account soon or later.
It's against their policy last time I checked.

Not much you can do, make new account and list again. Too many reports from competitors usually is the culprit. I had a item that has been out of stock for like 3 months get taken down like you mentioned. No idea why or where it came from.

I was doing code business 6 yrs ago. It was a game of reports and abusive purchases from competitors. And it never ended good.

Like the posts above indicated, there is no real simple solution - lot of hassle and issues with these kind of sales sadly
