Both were pp only accounts. One had ip infringe stuff peppered through it - not surprised, the other was totally clean, hoped it would be around for years. It is the second clean shop of mine killed off this week :(
Bright side: suspended at the end of the month, I get to pocket the big bills owing to them (can't log in, not my fault)
EP still going strong.

What is going on over there? So many accounts getting closed in the past month. New bots? Are they even giving you a reason to killing clean accounts ?

The never give reasons (I can only think of one) and they seem to be clamping down on pp only accounts.

Hey zapx. I was wondering if you could help me. I have finally managed to create a PayPal only shop on Etsy 2 months ago and it seems to be working for now BUT I was wondering if you've ever bought an Etsy account on here and how that worked out for you.
If you haven't, how else did you create an Etsy Payments account? I can only think of asking multiple people every time an Etsy Payments account gets banned and that seems to be really complex.
Any help is appreciated. I went 4 months without income for my small family and I and just started selling small a week ago. There is hope.
I guess we all should look for the positive. They want us to enroll in EP? Then we should go for it. No need to worry or cry, let's adapt to their changes. At least EP means more money, more customers, getting rid of virtual cards and more reliable and strong shops.
Et si set max ad budget to $1 on new and most stores. The plus side: clean shops are getting a bump in clicks since the hit and run crowd have stopped dominating the advertising.
Bad news (for some), the hit and run crowd can't run up huge ad fees and run.. (or is that good news?)
Along with no more pp shops, this is a big change.
