suspende for try to get my password working!!

I misposted this in wrong forum, but can't find the moderator who could move it to this location
So here's my sad story.

I ordered from d'bay and order confirmed on Sunday.
On Monday I wanted to see the status, so entered username and password.
No go. Password or username invalid. I have the same username since registering with no problems.
Do password reset with new password, no go. Repeat at least five time over several hours thinking maybe d'bay needs time to register new password.
Finally, do get chat help going which is just an AI robot. It then kicks my problem to what I think is a real person. That one send instruction to call this 866-xxxx number which turns out to be no longer in service but please just go to d'bay help chat.
Restart the help chat when suddenly up pops

Thank goodness I very seldom used d'bay for buying. but I have posted this on face book and twitter for all the good it does, but feels good to vent my spleen. What I really think of d'bay would get me banned here, so this is the clean version.....

Fingers crossed that the item comes as I have no idea of if its been shipped or what. Where oh where is ransomeware or denial of services for d'bay, bringin it to its knees, while innocent businesses are hit hard????

so how many disputes do you usually do on ebay?

haha not sure if eBay will get denial of service issues they have millions of dollars to manage this

I have never had a problem with d'bay until now. It all started because I typed wrong username and password (haven't we all one time or other?), so I restarted d'bay again with correct user and PW and then the brown stuff hit the rotary blades. So much for d'bay being friendly. They can take their AI bots and shove where the sun never shines.

I am concerned if I don't receive my item, no way to get back to seller. Oh well not that much money lost.

Guess when your big as them (aside, fartbook just had a lawsuit dismissed and has now passed the trillion dollar mark), users are just fly specks to fleece and push around.

Wonder if d'bay has minions who search and read these boards so their legal suits can gin up lawsuits???

d'bay informed me that the order was cancelled BECAUSE I ASK THEM TO!! (did not)

So now its refunded, but best part, sign in to your account to see details!!! (and how do I do that??)

What a c***a** organization.

Now my wife won't have the birthday surprise.

d'bay is run by ****** they will skin you every time.

If moderatror throws me out so be it, I said my piece.
Wish you could complain to FTC to get results but as I said before we are just fly specks to be abused.

Well my son already has an account and I sent him the link and details so he will see if he can snag it and send it to our home.
After that I can only hope and pray that somehow some way d'bay crashes and burns taking their investors with them, ditto fartbook and tweety...
