Any one can help me to call Ebay for account suspension? I will pay for it!

My account has just been suspended. It's got more than 50 orders and while I was logging in to it to get orders, update stocking, it's suddently suspended.
First, they send me a "MC999 Your eBay account has been suspended" email, then several minutes later, they send me "Your eBay account has been permanently suspended" email. I'm not sure what's the problem but I think may be I did fastly so that the system found there can be risk to them.
I need someone who has experience in calling them to ask for account reinstating.
Then, if the account can be reinstated, I will pay for it.

It was created on early of June, nearly 3 months.

how much turnover did you make on it in these 3 months? in each month I mean approx.

I had the first sale until Jul 22,
Jul: ~$200
Aug: $1.354
Sep: $444

That's likely to be a listing policy violation, what were you selling?

I'm selling t-shirts. But I haven't listed anything for 3 days, there're just 13 listings total. I tried to contact support buy live chat but it's alway show the live chat is currently not supported now so I don't know what to do.

you sold too much within a too short period of time

there is the same thing on paypal , I had numerous accounts suspended in the past just for too many sales and too much turnover

I think it is obvious to them that you are not a new seller if you start selling loads of items within a few months of opening up

call them , ask for reinstatement

however , now with the new MP policy there is a good chance they will see you as high risk and will not reinstate

What kind of shirts? Branded or generic ones with images/logos printed on them?

Selling shirts is not a reason for them to permanently suspend an account if you're legit? They don't permanently suspend accounts without good reason or giving sellers the chance to explain their business model. Something about your shirts has spooked them, it's not the fact you sell shirts.

the shirts were likely branded , there were people here before who had been selling t-shirts which they had printed branded designs on and this got them suspended

but it is likely the quantity of orders and high demand that led to further investigation and eventually to suspension

There was no further investigation, it was effectively an immediate and permanent suspension. If they were plain white, unbranded shirts they would have been ask for additional info - they haven't been. Order quantity is rarely grounds for immediate and permanent suspension.

In any event, Ill wager it's counterfeit wares or copyrighted images and not the fact they've sold a few shirts.


If this is the case OP, you're stuffed. Don't waste any money on false promises to get this kind of suspension overturned.
