Ebay payout after account gets MC011

So I have several accounts that have MC011 now. I have not proceeded to upload the tracking and I am not planning to. The Ebay managed payment is on hold. There are 2 rumors I hear:

1. Ebay will release the payment after 2 months when I receive the MC011 message
2. I get to get my Ebay suspeneded first so Ebay will send the payout. With just MC011, Ebay will not likely to send the payout

What do you guys think? What should I do in this case. If the 2nd rumor is correct, I will add the credit card that is attached to other suspended account so this account will get suspended.

After the MC011 - yes, they release 60-90 days after.
If your account is silently restricted without any MC warning, they will keep the money for as long as they want.

Have you tried eb chat or dealing with an eb agent somehow OP?

It is just like paypal , really nothing fundamentally different

if the amount is small it will be paid out

if the amount is large your personal details will be checked and nothing will be paid out if not verified

if the amount is very large an additional verification of personal details is likely
