Can eBay link accounts when on phone data (4/5G)?

Am looking to make a new account as my main got suspended, I would use completely different information but the only thing I am stuck on is if eBay can link the new account to my main account that is suspended, if I use my phone data while at home?

Would be same ip, not good. But if ip changes, like you reboot your rooter and use private browser, then will be fine

Dont use a VPN. You will get insta ban
As for mobile data, yes you can use mobile data. As long as the IP address changes. Usually by turning your phone to airplane mode for a few seconds, your ip address changes. Just make sure everything else is also stealthy

Which VPN did you use?

If youre using your cellphone connection as your IP solution you should be fine since those IPs change all the time.
Put your phone into airplane mode for 5 seconds and back off it again - and you should get a new IP.
You can test and record all the IPs you used on any number of siters - such as 'whoer.net'
