Counterfeit item policy...

"Your account has been restricted because activity on it didn't follow our Counterfeit item policy. We don’t allow counterfeit items, replicas, or unauthorized copies."

The account was opened in 2018 (236 reviews), from time to time I buy on it and display 3-5 goods per day (deliveries from China, verified suppliers Toys & Hobbies Category).
As soon as I started selling, there were no problems, but when more or less sales began, I began to go to the first search page and the limits exceeded the $ 1000 mark - Ebay "rushed" to delete my lists, as if someone was "knocking" on me, and ebay does not check my lists and immediately deletes them.

At first I was given a warning, I stopped listing new items, but ebay continued to delete my listings. As soon as my products became visible to customers again, Ebey sent a message the next day that some of my accounts had been deleted, and all products had been hidden for 7 days. Now I am at the stage of up to 10 days. This is repeated very often. I do not list new products, but ebay is gradually removing my listings, even those that were sold in the amount of 5-7 pieces and have good reviews from buyers. I cannot understand what is the matter. I tried to write to support - but I got no help. The constructors I sell are not popular brands and the manufacturers don't mind me selling them. I have quality certificates, but ebay is too big to look at

2. I also have a question regarding warnings and hiding my positions from the Ebey search engine: are warnings regarding ⊗⊗⊗⊗ being reset or is it already forever?
3. Is it possible to hide your listings from search on ebay so that Ebey cannot delete them? I have more favorites, I want potential buyers to still be able to buy my items that have already been added to their favorites.
