Available funds but no payout

Hi there,
I have put an expensive item in EBay US. My account is 2 years old stealth UK. I’ve got ID check from eBay US after putting my money on hold. I have given the info and the funds is available but no payout since 2 weeks now. The item is delivered to Japan since 2 days. I have checked the payments section and I have seen my bank card with my real name. I have removed it and the bank account is still there with my stealth name. Any thoughts?

What is the status of account? If you go to Payments page, what does it say, any red banners? Also, if you click on your ID at the top left of the page to see your public ebay page, doesn't it say "no longer registered user" next to your nickname?

The number of bank account is there and the name is the account name (stealth).
, but the card number was with real name ( when they have asked for MP they have asked for card number, I didn’t put my name, I think the real name was generated automatically)

Account is still registered and I can sell further

I will put some stuffs and see how it evolves with payment

there were a couple of people here with a similar problem , they had stealth accounts where balance got frozen. They sent in stealth ID and the account was not suspended and could continue selling but no payouts were released

when they contacted ebay they were told it had to be a glitch and would be fixed soon. and later on they were told that ID failed verification so that the funds will never be paid but the account remains active and can continue selling

Ebay can't confirm the cardholders name through the payment system/card issuer, you could put anything and ebay/ any store takes your word for it
