Account w/PayPal and "M.P threshold" (Docs)

Let's say I have earned 2000 EUR with a stealth eBay account that has been on PayPal.

Now a few months months later I do sign on M.P. with my stealth details

It seems that there's a threshold/ limit of 2500-3000 when eBay asks for docs.

Well, could I earn now additional 2000 EUR on M.P.?, or the eBay thresholds/ limit will ask for docs before reaching 4000 EUR (PayPal earnings+ M.P ones)?

I mean: is there a RESET after passing to M.P. or is it better to start a new eBay abandoning the stealth account because they will ask for ID if I earn 500-1000 more now with the accounton M.P.?

(Again remember I already have earned 2000 EUR earlier this year when the account on PayPal ...)
