So I'm making this bread cuz I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction or where I can buy said account I'm an American by the way

So at the title says I see a lot of seller account for purchase but I'm wanting just a regular eBay account that's made me eggs and that possibly has purchase history but that isn't a necessity as long as it's aged and can make purchases that would be cool
