Has anyone gone above the yearly threshold, while selling on eBay UK?

What happens then?

I know that you can be completely stealth selling 75k a year and have no obligations to file and account for VAT and you don't need an LTD and all that legal stuff.

But what happens if you go above 75k a year?
Will eBay request something?
Will your account be at risk in any way?

Does anyone have experience with this?

You just have to pay taxes, they'll send you tax form every year cycle

If you are required to register for VAT it has to be paid electronically every three months.

Are you a UK citizen with your stock in the UK? Where did you get the 75K figure from?
