Hello, The question I want to ask is as follows, I have created a private Payoneer account and I will create an eBay account from Turkey, which is one of the Countries where Payoneer is used. But I will open this account with a US or UK IP, will this be a problem?

since ebay account would be registered in turkey you can just use local IP
