I know you can’t send text links via ebay messages, is it possible to create a picture image and add your etsy shop link that way?

Can you do it, yes.

Is it a breach of ebay listing policy, it sure is.

IMO it would be madness to try it on, they would surely see it as a serious offence if they caught you or were reported.
