are restriction levels wiped out once a year ?

Hello,I would like to learn rules of eBay restriction policies.

Recently unfortunately my account got restricted for 10 days without 3 days or 7 days restrictions first excusing medicine requires prescription is listed.

I would like to learn in which period restriction levels are wiped out and reset ? It is wiped out once in a year or another time limit so it starts again from 3 days restriction and go up.

I would be very happy if you can kindly clear this to me.

Never I am afraid

They have less impact after 3 months though (that used to be displayed on the dashboard but they removed it a few years ago)

I may not care about consumer products too much, but involving a person's health or life is a big no no.

there is no expiration. existing warnings tend to have less relevance over time but only if no new warnings come in. otherwise , if you get a new warning after a 10 days restriction had already been imposed this means you can get anything from another 10 days restriction to 30 days restrictions or to indefinite restriction or suspension

My experience is the same as above, if you get a 3, 10, 30 day restriction you're are then, as we know, facing a permanent suspension.

If you then keep your nose clean for, say, a year or more then if you have another infraction then you might be downgraded from a suspension to a restriction but it will be the latest on you had i.e a 30 day ban with your next punishment being suspension.

My experience only, but AFAIK, you'll never be given an amnesty and eve get a warning or 3 day restriction again.

Thank you very much guys. Also i want to ask if anyhow once get suspension, is it possible to get it removed somehow like after year or so or is it indefinite decision ?

Actually it is not a drugs my friend, just OTC products for scar removing creams and so on like Contractubex, Dermatix etc. In our country these products not need prescription but in Europe it does and these products so much expensive in Europe than our country.
