Payments into PP Account

is there a way to make small payments into your PP accounts? from what i read VCC seem to be one use

I've been using stealth now for over a year and recently had 3 account limited. i think i figured out the issue but my transactions are normally higher value and possibly also may be the issue. So i was wanting to mix it up with smaller payments somehow

Small payments into PP can be done via vCC - don't use F&F
