Can I ceate new account if says: "Your account failed our verification process"

If the account does not pass the initial verification process and amazon dont accept the passport or bank statement, can a new account be made or will it also be suspended?

You can try again but most often it will be denied again

If it’s failed verification then you can’t, but if it’s says unable to verify then you can it’s normally happen in initial verification which happen in US for all accounts
