can anyone help with this suspension case?

Can I recover an account that was permanently suspended a few years ago ... without selling or buying anything with it?
by the way ... that account is created with my real personal information ... and i have no problem verifying anything in there
i have tried contacting them via Skype ... but the robot is refusing to transfer me to any agent ... and only keep referring me to the page help in eBay
and i have tried to contact them via messages from my eBay account ... but they keep responding by that they won't remove the suspension no matter what ... even though I've insisted to just explain why my account was suspended ... and the answer is only and always ... that the suspension won't be removed ...

suspended accounts are always gone , only exception if the suspension was generic due to suspicious login , in such cases it may be reinstated but if suspended on any kind of violations they do not reinstate

Sometimes its possible to get account back, but 99% you can't.
So my suggestion dont waste your time on trying get account back and focus on how to make new good one.
