Please, I have a business account PayPal that got limited for no reason this morning.

I can get new company details, but can I open a new business one stealth account on same name with different business documents?.

Try it, but use a different device & IP address so it isn't linked to your old account.

Paypal willl never give you a good reason for account ban

it could be linked to a banned account.
