Re: Locked Seller Account because of amazoncom business account. As of now, the only progress (after 2 weeks, today) I have made is the email that says

-- Canceled any pending orders. You can ignore any confirmation emails that you received for these orders.
-- Disabled the Two step verification in your account if active, please reset on Amazon and enable if appropriate.
Please allow 2 hours for these actions to take effect.
After 2 hours, you will be able to reset your password and regain access to your account. On the Sign In page, select "Forgot your password?" and follow the instructions. I did so and reset my password, entered my OTP from Authenticator yet, when I log in I am still presented with:
We have detected unusual activity on your account and have locked it temporarily. Please contact customer service for further assistance. Another email that comes says
To restore access to your account, sign in and follow on-screen instructions. Once you have provided the required information, we will review it and respond within 24 hours. However, this is for consumer accounts and no 'on-screen' instructions come. |
