Alright, my amazon account was suspended due to a bs first offense section 3. The LLC is obviously no good anymore and so is my name as far as amazon selling goes (at least that's what I was told from amazon). My partner that was on the LLC is a silent partner, so we never put his name/info on any of the amazon accounts. Can we open a new LLC in his name (leaving my name off of it) and open another seller account, or will they catch this since he was on the last LLC? Also, if anybody has any recommendations I'm open to all. Thank you.

Before you waste a good account with your partner. (yes he can make a new LLC under his name)
1. Read Amazon Ghost . Apply the steps in there so you don't get linked.
2. Try making practice accounts.
3. If you need to sell right away, you can buy accounts from Beautiful.
He's the seller in the forum for amazon accounts.
I know from painful experience that if Amazon find out your were a named party on another company previously banned then they will take down the new account.
This is in the UK but I bet the policy is universal.

I doubt if AMZN will go that far to find out,also people do have same name.
If AMZN wants to find out,how would it know which LLC to look into?

Amazon is such a royal pain on the a$$. Good luck to those of you who try - I gave up years ago since I registered and was ignored by their non-existent support. I decided to throw in the towel then and there. Makes egay look like saints

I sell books and used DVDs from my own library,every now and then AMZN will restrict my account for no reason,when I complain,then they said sorry,it should not be restricted so here ,you account is now open.
