Question Buyer's remorse, what would you do?

Hi folks, I sold a medical item and listed the description and put photos as honest as possible, but the buyer open a ticket on ebay saying they didn't read the label right on the photo and they needed another item not the one I sold them, the item I sold them is the same brand, just a little different, in my opinion better then the one they wanted, but the ticket says I don't have to refund them and the ticket would close, but I can accept a return and then refund them as well, would you do in this case? The buyer has a perfect 100% profile with no negative feedback and the account is from 1999, but I also have over 10 years account and it's my personal account with no negative feedback.

Funny thing is the buyer is selling the same thing I'm selling a little bit higher I guess to recover his fees and time and since he can't sell it quick then I guess he is trying for a refund from me, what do you do in this case?

Item sold for less then $100.00 dollars and I only made around $50.00 dollars.

if ebay tell you that you are covered and do not need to send a refund you can just leave it this way

otherwise you can take return but with more expensive items always have witnesses and make photos as you don't know what will be coming back

What exactly is this Medical item?
If it is for personal use-consume or apply,I would be more careful, you can always relist, ask her to pay for return shipping.

They will probably not leave you negative feedback, check their feedback left for others, I beat you they have not left any previous negative feedback.
