address should not make any difference,what is a tax address?

Residential address, A registered address can be residence, business address...

If you are making a USA stealth account, the name and address on the account will be searched for by Etsy and if there is no record of the account holder in either a soft search credit check or there are no voter registration records for them the account will probably get suspended.
