Can you get banned by selling from VPS (Azure)?

I have tried creating account, I got banned permanently and contacted their support.

They have reinstated my account, they say that they banned my account due to a suspicion of being a bot.

They are correct, my IP is from Microsoft Datacenter hence they will consider me as a both.

Any insights on this?

vps IP could be an issue - especially if has been used by a ton of ppl.

I would look at better source of Ip

Just an update, I got banned on Payoneer. So yes it seems while I may be able to pass ebay, not necessarily to their payment provider.

None, I was about to make my listing which requires a payoneer account to be created. Then bam, banned on Payoneer and banned on ebay. Another ID banned.

Probably nothing to do with the IP.

auto-ban of payoneer is odd...feels like something on your end like IP...

Don't use VPS.

Use your home internet or IPBurger when you create accounts.
