Blocked ebay pay out due to cancelled bank acc

hi there, so had a pay out to a bank account i accidentally closed..(what was i thinking)...Anyway the pay out was made by ebay managed payments but it clearly didnt go through...my available balance is now at 0.00 but the funds must be floating in the air...anyone have an idea when the blocked payout funds will return back to available balance?

Is it a stealth account? bank and ebay?
If so you should just wait.
If it is a legitimate personal account, you must contact them and explain to the bank what happened.
If the account is a virtual account, it is most likely that the funds will not be returned

Go to Ebay seller forum and ask.
