Need legit bank,accountnow prepaid blocked

Hi,i need one of these second chance bank accounts since i have chexsystem issues,i used something called metabank which basically is a prepaid bank account but paypal flagged it and said they need a more reputable bank.The chexsystem is the problem! any advice?

Are you using it to verify an account, or withdraw funds to?

both,more importantly to withdraw though since verifying is usually under the radar.Its only when they pay attention to your account that they notice what bank you use

Try Ally bank or Bank of America i have an outstanding balanace with another bank and i was able to open accounts with these 2 banks online.

i think wachovia worked,it gave me an account number and told me i have to transfer or mail in 100 dollars for the opening to deposit so i think everything is cool
