Collection Agency
So I have a problem here.
Okay last year, started selling on eBay. I sold for about 6 months.
My account got limited and I didn't have the money to repay the amount owed
It was around like $300-500 last time I checked.
I've gotten letters about once or twice a month in the mail from a collection agency.
Is there anyway to directly pay PayPal? I can't contact them through my old account because it is locked completely.
I can pay them off now, as I started making money on a different PayPal account, however I was stupid and didn't think about how they could link the two accounts. They just did (linked them and thus limited my new account)
today---so I need to pay that off.
Does anyone know how I can request information about it online somehow? Emailing PayPal never seems to get me anywhere, and I'm unsure if PayPal phone support can even help as if my account is locked would they still have my information on file?
Is there a way to maybe dispute the link on the accounts? I don't know how I could get around it...
The new account is under another family members name and has been fine for about a month now.
Sorry if this all sounds stupid, I wasn't exactly sure about everything
Who knows when I will get another letter in the mail...
