How to reactivate my account ?
My account was deactivated in accordance with section 3 violation. There was 2 asins in question in the first deactivation. They asked me for invoices.
I'm buying these products from Amazon usa and send to my intermediate warehouse in USA to have the products labeled and packaged and sent to UK for FBA...
So one of the asins was bought directly from Amazon . I mean the seller and shipper was Amazon. And in the appeal they accepted this invoice. The second was bought from the brand itself. But they don't accept this and they keep sending me this email below. How can I get through this? They don't even let me write an explanation now and they keep asking for invoices or letter of authorization. How can I get an invoice from seller for the product i bought on Amazon?!

-- Item descriptions (for ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASINs under review)
-- Item quantities
--Invoice date (must be issued in the last 365 days and before 10/09/2024)
You can only send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASINs under review.
