Default Amazon suspension for inauthentic goods

How to reactivate my account ?

My account was deactivated in accordance with section 3 violation. There was 2 asins in question in the first deactivation. They asked me for invoices.

I'm buying these products from Amazon usa and send to my intermediate warehouse in USA to have the products labeled and packaged and sent to UK for FBA...

So one of the asins was bought directly from Amazon . I mean the seller and shipper was Amazon. And in the appeal they accepted this invoice. The second was bought from the brand itself. But they don't accept this and they keep sending me this email below. How can I get through this? They don't even let me write an explanation now and they keep asking for invoices or letter of authorization. How can I get an invoice from seller for the product i bought on Amazon?!

I have reviewed your account and for reactivating your account you will need to provide the requested information stated on the performance notification on 11 September 2024:
Please send the following information for the items listed at the end of this email:
-- Supplier information (name, phone number, address, website)
-- Buyer information (name, phone number, address, website)
-- Item descriptions (for ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASINs under review)
-- Item quantities
--Invoice date (must be issued in the last 365 days and before 10/09/2024)

You can only send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASINs under review.

it is actually funny but amazon do not consider amazon to be an approved supplier so that you need another supplier who they approved and know and whose invoices they can verify

Exactly! And they divide Amazon orders into 2. One is sold by Amazon 2 is sold by third party seller. But the invoice is from them in both cases. How comes one is accepted but the other? If i create an invoice myself would they accept it?

amazon are not a professional supplier for resellers , they want to see an invoice for companies that do not do retail

what is the category of the sold item{s} - without going into heavy detail - helps for discussion
