Payoneer closed my account

Hey everyone I registered onto payoneer with my passport and everything and as it asked me for bank statements they suddenly blocked my account and J cant do anything ablut it. The funny thing is they are saying contct customer support and when you try mailing or calling or contacting them in any way they say you need to be a client first sk that we can contact you and help you. So its an endless loop of me trying to contact them and them not helping me. How can I make a new payoneer acc and does anyone think I can from this point onwards? Also the passport I used is one of the worst passports in the wolrd so that may cause an issue as well dk.

Im not sure they are more stable for the most part Payonner is pretty stable

unfortunately nowadays PayPal is nowhere near stable

I would prefer payoneer if i had to choose - not sure how reliable payoneer will be tho
