Has the USA call centre disappeared?

It's a little known fact that the USA agents are some of the best to speak to regarding account restriction issues. Recently I've found it impossible to get through to them though and can only get Mexico, Egypt (which recently opened a few months back), and the Philippines.

Can anyone confirm if they spoke to USA agents in Texas recently?

Recently? They disbanded US Anchor Store team years ago.

I was able to get hold of them a month or so ago but not in the past few weeks. I'm only talking about the trust and safety dept

Seems like they have become "gonzo" years back - going to have to try email and social media
