paypal Uk call centre

anone had any luck to talk with paypal uk representative

as every time i call they say due to Covid19 we have limited service and unable to take your call

messaging is rubbish as they dont know what they talking about Mainly copy/paste messages

Message them on twitter . It takes like maybe 3 weeks to a month to get a good reply from a specialist , but it’s better than nothing .

I'm also trying to reach the UK call center. No way. I setup a callback and yeah, PP called me back but then i listened melody at least 15 minutes. They couldn't engage me with a representative.

So my question, if US call center handles UK issues or should UK accounts use UK call center only? Any idea?

UK PayPal are so unhelpful. Wherever the call centre is located, they are terrible.

Just use the message center. They reply quite quick on there, usually within an hour to 2 hrs

I use "live chat" to resolve Paypal issues, never waited more then 1-2 minutes and always resolved 99% straightaway, or transfers me to someone who can. Depends on the issue i guess.
