Paypal Stealth account listings

Hey guys,

I used to make lots of US paypal accounts and then do ID verification and all. Last time i checked back in 2019-20. People were openly selling paypal stealth accounts in many forums.

I have come back now and have noticed almost all forums have prohibited users to sell such accounts.

Has anything changed or new rules has been made regarding this? What i'm missing.

It's always been a gray area. Recent advancements make it impossible to "legally" create new accounts.

Okay. But still most of the listings in marketplace looks dead. Does it mean they are also struggling to make new accounts?

Because previously people used to sell those fully verified accounts

Maybe not struggling to create - feels like more so struggling to deal with buyers who are being hit with verification or axed accounts quickly and then asking for support...?

It's like a recipe for disaster, offering accounts. 90% of anyone you sell to is going to wreck the account within a month or two, and then go demanding a refund from the seller.

Understandable. Asking for refund is stupid if you don't know how to use such accounts. Mostly people don't warm up the accounts and directly starts moving funds.


I have used many stealth paypal accounts. Never had such problems. Many of my accounts lasted atleast an year average.

Yeah but that was back in 2016-2020. Now even i'm looking for some solid accounts to buy. Paypal has recently started asking for Selfie randomly. made an account 2 months ago. Working fine so far but was asked for selfie twice.

And what IP using? Usually laptop-created accounts created with Residential IP haven't been hit with selfie request...seen from my limited interaction with ppl.

If by "fully verified" you are referring to VBAs, then you are very much out of touch. These days any Paypal account can be verified by adding and confirming a card OR a bank account.

I sell fully verified (card confirmed and ID confirmed) UK Paypal accounts, both personal and business.

PayPal has changed a lot recently. They are asking for Live photo of ID and live selfie clicked from phone camera in their verification software to create account or at the time of limitation. Only a real person can do that or there are many bypass methods which are very difficult. That is why stealth PayPal are now tuff and disappearing.

What about avoiding use of the phone and creating on computer/laptop? I don't get hit with selfie request that way

But later they can ask for live verification after limiting the account.
