buy box issue

I lost buy box back in December due to my ODR being above 1%. I got it back down early Jan, but it's been 3 months and I still haven't gotten buy box back. This doesn't seem right. Usually it takes a month for it to return. Anyone experience this?

Metrics identification is right on...perhaps 1 month hopeing for buy box return is too unrealistics these days...
