New eBay at new address?

I was suspended from ebay about a year ago because when I went on holiday I forgot to post a few bits. anyway, long story short, when I got back I had about 12 paypal claims against me and 4 neg feedbacks and ebay suspended me indefinately. I am moving house in a couple of weeks and I want to know if I can start fresh? I will change all the obvious things such as email address, IP address, I wont log into my old paypal or ebay account, I will open a new bank account with a different bank etc... so the only thing that will be identical to my old account will be my name and date of birth. Could they suspend my account just on that? So could they suspend my account simply because of my first and last name and my date of birth? Also, the address i'm moving to is over 30 miles away from where I live now, so they can't say i'm using a friends house as a base.

Youll be fine. but just to be sure why not change the birthday. It really means nothing. Also are you going to open a brand new paypal. i would

Yes, I will be using a new paypal. Won't PayPal check the date of birth with my bank?

Was more than a few bits then. You left things messy. Don't do that again.

I like that you realize to NEVER sign into your old accounts. They are dead now. New everything is what you need

You can amend your name & of course the address change is good.

If your in the UK Paypal dont even bother checking with the Bank unless your a Barclays customer . The 2 small deposits will automatically be lodged to your account. Just be careful with the rest of setting up your Paypal a/c .... see, that Stealth Book is not needed lol
